The agreement
These terms are between Junk In Our Trunk, LLC ("we," "us") and the company or person using our services, website, or app ("you"). By requesting a service, using the app, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed quote or service agreement with us, its specific terms (like pricing and scope) take priority where they differ from these.
Our services
- Roll-off dumpsters: 20 and 30 yard containers, drops, swaps, on-site relocations, and final pickups.
- Hourly workforce: labor crews for jobsite tasks such as snow removal, digging and backfill, floor protection, material moves, light demolition, and debris removal.
- Construction cleaning: hourly cleaning and cleaning packages, including rough, construction, and final cleans, window cleaning, and pressure washing.
Quotes, pricing, and scheduling
- Prices are set by your quote, rate agreement, or our current rates. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
- Work outside a quoted scope needs your approval first and is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
- You can request, reschedule, or cancel services in the app or by contacting us. Please cancel before a truck or crew is dispatched.
- Arrival times, ETAs, and turnaround figures are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Weather, road conditions, site access, and demand can affect timing, and we'll keep you updated.
Roll-off dumpsters
- Placement: we place containers where you or your site contact direct. You're responsible for having the right to use that spot and for any permits it needs (for example, a right-of-way permit for placement in a street).
- Access: keep a clear, safe path to the container. If we can't reach it, we'll contact you, and a return trip may be billed under your agreement.
- Surfaces: heavy trucks and containers can mark or damage driveways and pavers. Ask for plywood protection when you order. We're careful, but we're not responsible for damage to surfaces at a location you choose unless we were negligent.
- Loading: don't fill above the top rim, and keep loads within safe road weight. We may decline to haul an unsafe load until it's fixed.
- Not allowed in containers: hazardous waste, asbestos, paints and solvents, oils and fuels, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerant, medical waste, and anything a landfill won't accept. You're responsible for fees or cleanup caused by prohibited items.
- Containers stay our property. Please don't move them yourself.
Workforce and cleaning crews
- Crew time is billed per labor hour unless you bought a package. Each crew member's hours are recorded in our app and itemized on your invoice.
- Your site supervisor directs the work and is responsible for site safety rules and access. Tell our crew about any hazards.
- Unless agreed in writing, our crews don't perform licensed trade work, hazardous material cleanup or remediation, damage repair, or work that needs specialty lifts or rope access.
- Package terms, such as included callbacks or touch-ups, are described in your quote.
Invoices and payment
- We email invoices when work is completed. Payment is due by the date on the invoice (usually 30 days).
- We accept checks, and ACH or other methods by arrangement. Please include your account name or invoice number with payment.
- If something on an invoice looks wrong, tell us quickly so we can fix it. We may pause services on accounts that are past due.
Using the app
- We or your company's manager set up app accounts. You're responsible for who has access at your company and for keeping sign-in details private.
- Requests placed in the app by your users are treated as authorized by your company.
- Use the app only for your company's jobsite services. Don't misuse it, interfere with it, or try to access other companies' information.
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the app available but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The app, website, and our brand are ours. We give you a limited right to use the app for these services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
Your jobsite
You confirm that you're authorized to request services at your sites and that the information you give us (addresses, access notes, contacts) is accurate. Let us know about site rules, HOA or resort requirements, and safety conditions before we arrive.
Warranties and liability
We perform our services in a professional manner. Other than that, the services, website, and app are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or project delays), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that caused it. You agree to be responsible for claims arising from prohibited materials you place in our containers or from your site conditions. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Utah, and we'll try to resolve any issue with you directly first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of our services means you accept it.
